Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Color Rush handles information when you use the game, the daily leaderboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Information we process

• Leaderboard information: the display name you choose, your daily score, level, best streak, and the date submitted.
• Game information: local game settings, progress, achievements, and high scores stored on your device.
• Technical identifiers: a randomly generated player identifier and authentication token used to submit and update your leaderboard entry.
• Advertising information: when ads are enabled in a production release, Google Mobile Ads may process device identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads.

We do not ask you to create an account or provide your real name, email address, or precise location to play Color Rush.

How we use information

• To show the daily leaderboard and prevent unauthorised changes to a player entry.
• To save your game progress and preferences on your device.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To display and measure advertising when advertising is enabled.

Sharing

Your chosen display name, score, level, and best streak are visible to people who view the daily leaderboard. We use hosting and database providers to operate the Service. When advertising is enabled, information may also be processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your name or game progress.

Retention and your choices

Local game data can be removed by clearing the Color Rush app data or uninstalling the app. Leaderboard entries are retained while they are needed to operate the daily leaderboard. You can request deletion of a leaderboard entry by contacting us with the display name and the date of the challenge.

Children

Color Rush is not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required in their country. If you believe a child has provided information to the Service, contact us so we can review and remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Service changes. We will publish the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date.
